- To pre-register for entry to The Warehouse at Paxton, please fill in the form below and submit.

- As we are a wholesale distributer for the trade only,
We require the following to be on file for entrance:

1. A copy of a current state issued tax/bussiness (Retail Tax Certificate) permit.
2. A current signed Illinois Department of Revenue CRT-61.
3. Proof of being in the Gift Industry.
4. Proof of employment for additional buyers.
